IT Helpdesk

You will be providing a telephone-based IT support service to customers. Responsibilities will include managing all calls in a confident and customer focused manner and resolving customer difficulties quickly and effectively.
Five GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential. You must also have experience of customer service. Any IT qualifications or knowledge would be beneficial.
Our client is looking for someone with good communication skills and a clear telephone manner.
