Internal Sales Manager

Fantastic opportunity to join a technical client as an Internal Sales Manager.

You will be required to lead and manage the internal sales team to ensure all members achieve their targets, whilst achieving or exceeding personal sales targets.

Experience of telephone sales, negotiation and closing sales is essential. You must also have working knowledge of the training, development and management of a team.

You must have excellent communication, coaching and teamwork skills to help the team reach their goals. A customer service orientation, alongside good attention to detail are also required.
