Leaving Care Social Worker

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or other GSCC-recognised qualification is essential. Experience of working with children and young people is also essential. Experience working in a statutory environment is desirable, although there is the opportunity for this to be gained. The post will involve supporting young people through the leaving care process and providing advice and assistance after care. This post is with a social services team in East Lancashire and offers competitive rates of pay and flexible working hours.
