Role

Our client needs an experienced Credit Controller to deal with customer enquiries and liaise with the sales team, and to maintain the Customer Contact Action Report system. To chase debt, order numbers and other duties associated with reducing debtors’ days: daily input of data, including processing cheques and credit card payments, and maintaining the 20-week projection for assigned areas.

You will maintain good customer relations at all times, be methodical when performing daily tasks, thereby ensuring compliance with company procedures and legislation. You will often be the first contact for both enquiries and complaints.

Candidate

Essential skills include good communication both written and verbal, to be able to work on your own initiative. You will be personable, outgoing, a strong team player, self-motivated and confident when dealing with people.
