English Teacher

I need an English language teacher for my wife, [Jessica] and my kids [Michael and Marie who are aged 4 and 8 respectively] for a year period.
Skills Required:
Applicants must be able to teach conversation and essential English for both adult and kids. Must posses at least a bachelor’s degree in the subject.
Must be able to prepare lesson plans, students' progress reports, and various learning activities. Posses’ good attitude and cooperation.
I want a teacher from a different cultural background other than the Americans.
You will teach them for five hours excluding weekends.
Benefits includes: Five thousand US dollar salary per month, medical insurance, Airfare Reimbursement, Travel Allowance, Private Accommodation provided, Holidays Paid.
Please note that we are simple, friendly and good Christian family. My kids are disciplined, brilliant and God fearing. We enjoy watching gospel music videos and traveling.
