Associate Director - Qual and Quant (J10594LK)

Our client is a small, friendly company located out of London, who is expanding very quickly and thus is looking to take on an Associate Director level researcher who can manage client accounts. The mainstay of the role is to work closely with the clients, ensuring that their objectives are understood, that they are given a high level of service and establishing firm relationships to ensure repeat business. You will manage a small team, helping them to develop their skills and advance through the company. You will oversee the research process from inception to completion. This role is much more client facing and interaction, rather than developing new business.

You should be well-versed in quantitative methodologies, with proven team management and account handling skills. Quantitative experience is ideal, however, our client is also interested in talking to people who have Qualitative research experience as well. You should be lively, enthusiastic with a passion for what you do!
