Social Work Assistant / Family Support Worker

To work within a Children & Families social work team, manage your own case-load, carry out reviews, observe contacts between children & their families, write reports and perform any general duties as required by the social work team, which may include some direct work families. A car driver is essential because you will have to transport some young people to and from contact sessions. People with Family Support Worker experience preferred, but people with over 18 months Residential Support Work experience or NVQ 3 in Caring for Children & Young People will be considered.
