Residential Support workers, days and nights -full&part-time

Residential Support Workers are required to work in residential homes in the Shropshire and Powys areas. There are positions working with young people with challenging behaviour from a range of complex backgrounds, and positions working with children with Autism and Aspergers. You will be required to ensure there is a safe and clean environment, engage young people in various activities, manage challenging behaviour and complete any necessary paperwork. A minimum of 6 months experience is required of working with young people with behavioural problems. Car drivers are preferred because located in rural locations. Various shift patterns available. NVQ 3 in Caring for Children & Young People would be an night workers will have similar duties as above but must also remain awake all through the night.
