Technical Project Manager - South Co. Dublin

Vero Solutions presently has a requirement for a Technical Project Manager to join our team in South County Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of projects on time,
within budget and to the specified quality
standard
• Raise awareness of risk to and manage
implications of risk, issues and changes
to the project/programme scope
• Track/Review progress against plan and
budgets
• Plan for and hold project reviews meetings
• Produce plans and budgets
• Track/Review progress against project plan
• Ensure that deliverables are reviewed
against requirements

Requirements:

You will have had at least 5 years experience within a software development environment and have excellent knowledge of the following:

• Team leading and customer facing
experience essential
• Full Software Development Lifecycle
experience
• Java, JSP/Servlets, JavaScript
• SQL Database experience - Oracle 10g
preferred
• Application Server experience -Tomcat,
JBoss etc
• OS experience with Unix, Linux, Windows
• JUnit

Beneficial but not essential:
• Telecoms experience (good understanding of
mobile networks)
• Spring MVC
• Portal solutions experience
• Web development
• User Interface development
• Maven
• Eclipse
• SVN
