Graduate Recruitment Consultant- sales

You will be a money hungry graduate (or of graduate calibre ) or an experienced b2b sales person looking to make your move into the world of recruitment . As trainee recruitment consultant you will have excellent communication skills, lots of drive and enthusiasm and be motivated to work in a high- targeted sales environment. You will need to be a strong team player, be confident as well as having a money hungry approach to hitting all your sales targets.

The Role

A recruitment consultant is responsible for developing new business through business to business sales and relationship building as well as, management of existing client accounts. A recruitment consultant's role is demanding and diverse, involving:
 Using marketing and business knowledge to build a client base
 Sales canvassing to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements
 Taking responsibility for your clients recruitment lifecycle from identifying a need to reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering candidates and shortlists;

At Pathway we offer very realistic OTE's of £30,000 to £40,000 in your first year, up to £70,000 in your second year and £100,000 in your third year!
