Head Chef for Hotel , part of National Chain.
£28-30K Per Annum
Working 5 days out of 7
Oversee running of Kitchen which includes:
Maintain Hygiene, Health and Safety Standards
Control of Staff, Food and Equipment Costs
Produce high quality Cuisine
Liaise with Managers and Staff alike
Menu planning
Experience of leading a team
Experience of planning rotas and menus
Ability to work a variety of shifts.
Enthusiastic and Conscientious.
