Hire Desk Manager
The candidate will assist with the running of the hire dairies for our branches in Bristol, Swindon and Cardiff, this will include arranging and supervising the movement of equipment throughout the branches and venues, also monitoring the technical hire team / drivers workload and hours. You will be dealing with clients on a daily basis interpreting their Audio Visual requirements, drawing up and furnishing technicians with dockets / briefs. The candidate would be expected to play a proactive role in the Sales function, to ensure a constant growth of new business and maintenance of existing business.
Our ideal candidate will have
• Excellent communication skills.
• A full understanding of a range of AV equipment is essential for this role (i.e. sound, lighting, projection etc.)
• Experience in administration, general office duties.
• Excellent telephone manner
• Pleasant personality.
