Expert of Enterprise Architecture Management

Integration Direction 1 people
1) Define and rollout standards/specifications on integration among applications including but not limited to technology, platform, design patterns etc.
2) Plan the integration architecture for the whole company which can support all kinds of purpose on integrations(e.g. data/process/presentation etc.)
3) Design data sharing architecture supporting master data management, operational data managment
Enterprise Architecture Methodology Direction 1 people
1) Responsible for development and continuous improvement of the enterprise architecture methodology
2) Organize people from process management department and IT department to implement and enforce the policy and process on enterprise architecture
3) Define and rollout the standards & specifications on enterprise architecture including business architecture, application architecture, information architecture, technical architecture
4) Assist the process of defining the deliverable template on enterprise architecture and its governance and make sure the methodology be improved continuously
Enterprise Architecture Governance Direction 1 people
1) Responsible for development and continuous improvement of the methodology on enterprise architecture governance
2) Reponsible for defining policy and process on enterprise architecture
3) Assist the rollout of the standards & specifications on enterprise architecture including business architecture, application architecture, information architecture, technical architecture
4) Assist the process of defining the deliverable template on enterprise architecture and its governance and make sure the methodology be improved continuously

For All Directions
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 10 years of experience in the IT field, over 5 years of work experience in large international companies on related position, over 3 year of experience in enterprise architecture
2. With good management skills and project management skills;
3. Commanded a comprehensive knowledge of the IT field;
4. Acquainted with business operation;
5. Good at communicating and understanding in both Chinese and English.
For Integration Direction: Besides requirements for all directions, candidates should
1. Had a good understanding of the development of application technologies and a sharp sense for the new technologies;
2. Be familiar with integration software packages (e.g. Tibco, IBM ESB etc.) and their implementation;
3. Be good at integration projects implementation and integration governance
4. Have project experience on large scale implementation of SOA solution
For EA Methodology and Governance Directions: Besides requirements for all directions, candidates should
1. Command a comprehensive knowledge of EA methodology(e.g. TOGAF etc)
2. Hand-on experience on enterprise architecture management
3. Have a basic understanding of commercial application packages and SOA;
