HR Administrator


The company would like the candidate to be CIPD qualified, or working towards it. They are also willing to sponsor part of your CIPD course.

Responsibilities:
• Opening and sending post.
• Organise meetings and take notes.
• Check voicemail.
• Implement/ maintain office systems.
• Liaise with agencies.
• Send reference requests, monitor starters and leavers.
• Prepare and send contracts and offer letters.
Candidate must be:
• Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and IT skills, including MS Office.
• Good academic achievement and minimum of 2years admin experience.
• Keen team player.
