Substance misuse practitioner

Experience assessing substance misuse clients in an open access needle exchange is essential. Experience designing careplans is would be a benefit.

A local service is looking for an experience substance misuse practitioner to take on a small case load of clients as well as assisting current drug and alcohol clients with there careplans through motivational interview and key work sessions. The role will involve assessing clients in the drop in as well as assisting with harm minimisation advice in the needle exchange.
