Business Development Consultant
My Client is a leading international recruitment company dealing in the placement of specialist IT professionals within blue chip organisations throughout Europe.
They are currently recruiting for a Business Development Consultant.
The successful candidate will be required to
- Execute all tenders;
- Attend Client meetings with Consultants;
- Attend meetings to develop new business;
- Look after house accounts – i.e. maintaining consistent contact with the Client and Consultant, ensuring contracts runs smoothly, chasing extensions etc.
- Train Consultants on delivering presentations.
- Sort out any problems that happen with contractors or within house consultants. Might require a meeting with Client.
Requirements:
? Experience of working in a target driven, sales environment;
? Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and evidence of having developed these in both a telephone and face to face environment;
? Ability to identify opportunities to build on existing relationships and develop new ones;
? Excellent customer service skills;
? Ability to work well within a pressurised and competitive environment;
? A can do and highly professional attitude.

Knowledge and expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and Word documents is required.
