Secretary - Excellent Training

They are now seeking a willing Secretary / Administrator, with some basic office experience, a reasonable copy and audio typing speed and strong MS Office skills to support a friendly team and liaise with clients. If you’ve got an enthusiastic and helpful attitude and the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience, this Secretary opportunity would be a gem of a career move. Essential requirements for this Secretary position include:

45 wpm copy and audio typing
Good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Office skills, preferably within a professional services / corporate environment
Enthusiastic, reliable approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Reporting to the Office Manager, key areas of responsibility within this Secretary opportunity include:

Acting as first point of contact for all client calls
Taking detailed and accurate messages
Diary management and arranging meetings
Typing correspondence, invoices, reports, presentations etc
Liaising with clients
Maintaining schedules and work planners
Filing, shredding, faxing etc
Assisting with company secretarial duties
Supporting other Secretaries and PAs
Relief reception duties as required
