Senior Social Worker- Referral and Assessment (C&F)

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or equivalent GSCC-recognised social work qualification is essential. Experience carrying out children and family social work in a fast-paced statutory setting is also essential. Experience carrying out supervisory work is a benefit, although there is the opportunity for this to be gained. Duties will be making initial and core child protection assessments, short term case work, joint work with other agencies and supervising social workers. This post is with a children and families social work team in South London and offers competitive rates of pay and the potential for flexible hours.
