Training Manager

Large City Law Firm urgently required for a Training Manager role.

Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate the ability to design effective training sessions on both legal and non-legal topics, be able to manage a budget, evaluate the effectiveness of training, be confident, enthusiastic and engaging and be passionate and interested in training and development.

This role is broken up into different sectors; legal training, firm wide training, sector focus training, training delivery and e-learning.
