Insurance Sales Advisor

The Role

The position will involve candidates giving excellent service to incoming customers who are interested in taking out a policy with potential clients. Candidates will sell over the phone in this inbound environment and will be given full training on the products. This role will involve selling to both new and existing customers however no cold calling is involved.

Experience / Skills Required

* An excellent communicator who has the drive and commitment to be successful within this company
* Target driven individuals who are eager to earn and wand to succeed
* Customer focused with experience from a sales or call centre back ground
* Experienced from within an Insurance environment would be an advantage, however candidates with good Sales experience from another industry will be considered.

In return this position is offering a Basic salary of £15,000 - £25,000 depending on the experience held with uncapped commission earnings and benefits that are second to none. The salary on this position is down to the candidate, with the commission being uncapped the sky is the limit on what you can earn.
