Customer Service Advisors
The Role
This position will be working in an inbound call centre on a shift rotation basis, the role will involve giving general advice to both new and existing customer along with making amendments to existing customer's policies.
Experience / Skills Required
* Candidates will need to have excellent communication skills
* Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service with a track record and experience within Customer Service (Experience from within Insurance/Financial Services would be desirable but is not essential)
* Flexible in their approach to work
* Excellent rapport building skills
* Ability to work in a target driven environment.
In return this position is offering an excellent salary of £16,500 - £25,000 Depending on experience with the potential of earning upto 30% of you salary as an annual bonus as well as excellent benefits that include, Final Salary Pension, Excellent working environment, Staff discount (Internal and external) along with various other attractive and extremely competitive benefits.
