The role

The main responsibility of this role is to assist the Head of Financial Reporting & MI in the production of meaningful, accurate, reliable and timely management information to assist the Senior Management of the Bank and its subsidiaries in making decisions regarding the performance and profitability of the Bank. Specifically you will be required to provide key input into the monthly management reporting, various budgeting and forecasting processes in order to keep abreast of continually changing requirements and emphasis. You will also be involved with the preparation and presentation of interim and annual statutory accounts and so you must be able to discuss points with the external auditors and provide information and analysis for audit as required. Along with other Ad hoc duties as required you must demonstrate a level of systems knowledge in order to assist in the enhancement and development of all Management Accounting processes.

What they are looking for

Our client is looking for a qualified accountant with extensive/strong knowledge of MI reporting with some product knowledge over various product classes. You should have a strong knowledge of IFRS and have good solid experience in Investment Banking sector.
