Regional Sales Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Regional Sales Manager, working for a reputable company covering the West Midlands area.

Seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Cushioning System Solutions Business Unit. This position is responsible for managing our business in the West Midlands, and increasing sales and profitability in line with or exceeding budget.


Principal accountabilities:

· To maintain and improve sales

· To maintain and improve relationships with both existing and new customers

· To work effectively with the Customer Service department

· To report to the National Sales Manager CSS effectively on regional activities


The successful candidate will have a good standard of education and preferably at least five years experience in a sales position. A sales or marketing qualification would be an advantage.

Candidates must be self-motivated and have the ability to work on their own initiative.

You must also be able to identify, through cold calling, a sales opportunity and then effectively see it through to closure. Experience in selling system solutions and capital equipment would also be beneficial.

Computer literacy is essential, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.
