Team Support Exec

This is a superb Team Support Exec opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator, preferably with a marketing background, to join this highly acclaimed London Bridge based Law firm, assisting all members of the Projects Group and the Team involved in HR, Finance, Training and Business Development. You will assist with the overall smooth running of the Projects Group to initiate and implement group and team related admin and business development activities. Hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm. Essential requirements for this interesting Team Support Exec opportunity include:

Degree level education
Excellent technical and I T skills
Project co-ordination experience and a proactive attitude to problem solving
Strong writing and editorial skills
Ideally marketing experience
Strong communication skills
Confident, persuasive and assertive personality

Key areas of responsibility within this responsible Team Support Exec opportunity include:

Assisting in annual business planning and the budgeting process
Attending all meetings as necessary
Producing and co-ordinating client tenders, presentations and bids
Updating the Bids and Deals database
Co-ordinating press releases
Arranging and attending client events as necessary
Developing and executing project plans for global marketing projects / initiatives
Line management of Team Support Assistant
Ad hoc projects
