RGN Care Manager

Excellent role for hands-on Manager with strong views on care standards and delivery.

Due to move on within the group, an opportunity has arisen to manage the care aspect within this very large establishment broken down into various units registered for elderly, EMI and physical disability.

Your role will be to coordinate senior staff in the home to ensure that all standards are being met at the same level.

A keen understanding of CSCI with a forward thinking attitude will be welcomed to this group who look to improve wherever possible.
