RGN/RMN Home Manager

Superb opportunity for an experienced RGN/RMN manager to join a well established ethical organisation in a purpose built nursing home registered for frail older people including those with dementia.
Having previously managed a nursing home you will have developed and grown confidence to lead by example and motivate your staff team.
As well as an all round ability you will have experience of budget handling, bed sales/marketing and may be able to add value through training/assessing capabilities.

Though supported in every way possible, you will be allowed and encouraged to use your autonomy within this post to provide a service as you see fit. Ongoing development opportunities throughout.

RMA or equivalent is a must.
