Operation Manager

Experienced Operation Manager or very experienced Nurse Manager required to guide a recently started care organisation in it's early growth.
The role requires commercially aware applicants with a passion for quality standards.
Ideally you will have worked up through a care/nursing background into management.
Initial client base will be Elderly/Dementia with plans for Mental Health and Home Care services after 12 months.
