Residential Care Worker

To Work as part of a team providing support for young people in Residential Care, previous experience in Children's services 12 - 18 years would be an advantage.

You will be responsible for:
• Ensuring Service users needs are met
• To create supportive environment where service users can mature towards full independence
• To be involved in the assessment process of service users
• To Key work with individuals
• To maintain written records
• To actively promote the rights of service users and high professional standards

NVQ Level 3 would be an advantage although not essential as training is provided. To be flexible in working patterns as the home has a rota shift pattern.

Salary scale from £11,500 - £13,000
