Senior Residential Care Worker

SENIOR RESIDENTIAL CARE WORKER

Experienced care worker to provide support and Guidance for young people (13 - 18 yrs) in a residential setting.
The role of a Senior Residential Care worker is to ensure that the young people in care are given opportunities to develop within a supportive and caring environment and to support the young person in achieving their own objectives and goals.

Previous experience in working with young people in a residential setting is essential as this position requires the ability to lead and support a staff team, to work in line with Ofsted regulations and company policies and procedures.

This Role requires NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young people (or equivalent) or working towards with at least 2 years experience in a care setting.

All employees must be flexible in their approach to working hours as this is a 24hr service and functions on shifts patterns.
