Prescribing Nurse, West Midlands

A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) is essential. Previous experience dispensing methadone and subutex would be a benefit. Experience case managing substance misuse clients would be a benefit.

The role will involve working within a drug and alcohol agency dispensing controlled substances (methadone and subutex) to class A substance misuse clients. There is the opportunity to gain experience key working a case load of opiate clients requiring substitute prescriptions.
