Qualified Social Worker- Children and Families (Leaving Care)

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or other GSCC recognised social work qualification is essential. Previous experience carrying out children and family social work in a statutory setting is also essential. This post is within a leaving care team providing a professional social work service for children prior to and after leaving care. Duties involve providing help and support to care leavers, helping them to adjust to independent living.
