Telecommunications Consultant Middle East

Background Experience
Our client is a global business and consulting company specialized in value-added consulting, emerging technologies and outsourcing solutions using innovation as a way to solve the most complex business problems. They focus on emerging technologies (Mobile Business, Wireless, CRM’s, Interactive TV, etc.) to minimize adoption risk and match business processes with modern technology elements to create value for our clients.

Our client is currently recruiting consultants of all levels and experience for its branch in Dubai, UAE.

• The candidates should have more than 5 years of extensive IT, PMO, Processes or Strategy experience in the Telecom industry from either:
1. Multinational consulting firm
2. Leading Telecom operator or vendor
3. The strategy department of a leading company
• All candidates are expected to have a 2:1 or above (or equivalent strong academic degree from outside the UK) title from a leading University.
• Fast track curriculum.
• MBA titles are not a pre-requisite but are a plus.
• Good command of English. Fluency in Arabic language is not required.

Professional Experience
Thorough knowledge of at least one of the following list is required in order to apply for the position:
• Expertise relating OSS/BSS and system integration
• Telecom/ISP product management
• Project Management of Technology Solutions development and delivery
• Definition of business requirements and functional specifications in Telecom/Government
• PMO experience in launching or integrating Telecom operators
• Proven business development ability in the specified industries
