Qualified Social Worker- Children and Families (Referral and Assessment)

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or other GSCC recognised social work qualification is essential. Previous experience carrying out children and family social work in a statutory setting is also essential. This post is within a referral and assessment team providing a professional social work service in line with the Childrens Act 1989. Duties involve making initial assessments as part of section 47 investigations, creating care plans and working with other agencies. This post is with a social services department in West London and offers competitive rates of pay and the potential for flexible working times.
