Master Scheduler / Material Manager

Our Client is looking for a dynamic leader who can make an impact and lead change. The sucsessful candidate will be responsible for the effective planning and scheduling of all products including raw materials, sub assemblies and finished goods.
*Provide a single point of contact between Sales and Production.
*Plan component manufacture from assembly to finished product on a wide range of small, medium and large batch orders.
*Support the utillisation and development of ERP systems.
*Manage life cycle of parts including saftey stocks, EOL.
*Review and develop demand management data.
*Partake in Sales & Operations planning process. Prepare balanced capacity plan at the family group which can be met in a timely and cost effective manner by suppliers or production.
*Resolve demand and supply constraints over planning horizon.
*Scheduling for both in house and external supply chains.
*Prepare KPI reports primary KPI's.
*Management of team.

Experience in the following areas would be a distinct advantage:
*ERP Systems development (implementation) skills.
*Change Management skills.
*Team management skils.
*Materials and FG top level scheduling.
*Comfortable working at all levels incl. Board.
*Supply Chain vision.
*Exprience in the hydralics industry would be an advantage but not essential.
