Head of Interim Management

We are looking for a sales-oriented manager to lead and develop our people resourcing business to our public and private sector clients.
The person filling this role will be responsible for sales, market positioning and the recruitment and delivery to our clients of our own people and associates on an interim basis. Managing associates and clients will include negotiating contracts and commercial terms, and developing long term relationships. Above all, the successful candidate will be expected to expand the business so that it contributes significantly to company's revenue and bottom line.

Additionally, the manager will play a key role in resourcing and recruiting for the Company as a whole, and will be part of company's operational management team.

We would expect candidates to have a strong track record in sales and demonstrable experience of developing and running a business in interim management, people placement or recruitment. A background in management consultancy is also desirable. Public sector knowledge is highly desirable but we are looking for someone who also has strong credentials in other sectors as well.

The successful candidate will bring on board additional sales and resource team members as the business volumes grow; and will work with colleagues throughout the international network of subsidiary companies in Group.

We need a bright, ambitious and energetic person with great sales capability to fill this role. A good first degree and/or business qualifications would also help.
