Young Persons Mental Health Worker, London

Previous experience working with adolescents around psychological, physical and sexual health issues is essential. Previous experience working in a Youth Offending Team would be a benefit. A knowledge of the Youth Justice or Criminal Justice system would be a benefit.

The successful candidate will undertake assessments on Young People aged 10 - 18 and deliver mental health interventions at Tiers 2 to 3 within the YOT. The role involves close liaison between the Youth Offending Service and CAMHS colleagues as well as a consultancy function within a multi agency, multi disciplinary team. This role may be offered on a permanent basis.
