Forklift Driver / Cargo Agent

**** Night Shift & Day Shift Forklift Drivers URGENTLY Needed****

We are recruiting for ad hoc temporary associates to undertake numerous temporary assignments within the freight forwarding industry. Our client is a leading freight forwarder within their industry and are experiencing a high volume of business and need some extra help!

Applicants MUST have dangerous goods awareness, level 4 aviation security certificate and a full full year checkable employment &/or educational history. You will also be required to have a valid counterbalance forklift licence. Applicants will have some previous experience within the freight forwarding industry with the ability to build and break aircraft pallets, be flexible with working hours and be available on a temporary basis.

Duties will include building and breaking aircraft pallets, checking known and unknown cargo, cross checking relevant and corresponding paper work, shrink wrapping, netting and all other aspects of a general warehouse role including loading and unloading lorries with and without a forklift truck.

As these are temporary roles, we are unable to guarantee any minimum amount of days that you will work, however we can commit to giving you a minimum of eight hours pay per day. Working hours are generally from 7am - 7pm or 7pm to 7am.

We provide all our temporary staff with a smart uniform, weekly pay and accumulated holiday pay
