Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a market leader in the construction industry and our currently on the look for Quantity Surveyors.

Duties will include Quantity Surveying / Commercial activities to meet the Project objectives, including providing advice, guidance and support on such matters to the Project team.
Provide independent Commercial assurance to the Project Manager and the Company.
The role requires extensive experience in Project Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management of the construction process.
Ensure that these activities are planned, managed and monitored in a way that supports the project objectives and reflects ‘best practice’.
This should include actions that contribute to maximising the return on capital and shareholder value.
