Senior Editor - Healthcare Communications

One of London’s foremost healthcare communications agencies has a new exciting opening for a driven, experienced and committed Senior Editor to join their expanding, talented team in the heart of the city.

As a key member of the Editorial team, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of editorial projects. You will play an absolute pivotal role and will take on a number of diverse and challenging responsibilities, including: project management, writing, editing, proofreading and organising artwork of editorial projects in liaison with the Editorial Manager.

The winning candidate will be the main point of contact with clients regarding editorial matters and will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet the client’s brief and are completed to the highest possible editorial standards and within the deadlines set.

To be considered for this unique role, you will have a life science degree, as well as experience within healthcare communications or medical publishing. An innate ability to develop clear messages and portray scientific data accurately is also a must. The successful candidate will have grasped a thorough understanding of medical terminology as well as an understanding of the therapeutic area and market situation for the product.
