Senior Oracle HR Consultant

AUSTRALIA - QUEENSLAND. CLIENT WILL SPONSOR!!!!

Our high profile International client requires – HRMS/Payroll Applications Consultants.

Functional resource with at least 5 -7 years experience with Oracle Applications including implementations, excellent communication skills. Areas of expertise – HRMS – Core, Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation Workbench, employee/employer self service; Payroll; Will be required to operate at a team lead level.


Detailed Description

Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to lead, support and participate on project teams.

Job Requirements

Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 7-9 years overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.

Additional Details

· Undergraduate degree, preferably with HR related concentration

· Prefer at least 5 - 7 years experience within Oracle 11i & R12 HRMS & Payroll Application Suite:

· 5+ years overall experience in a functional role.

· Experience with at least 4 Full Life Cycle Oracle implementations

· Expertise with Oracle 11i & R12 application setup and configuration

· Expertise with AIM or similar methodology

· Exposure to system review, data analysis, and situation assessment

· Demonstrated ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively

· Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and skills

· Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.
