A Yorkshire service is looking for a substance misuse worker to take on a small case load of primarily opiate clients from its needle exchange. The role will involve working in the drop in assessing clients and designing care plans. The role will involve offering tier 2 advice to clients including giving harm reduction advice and also safer injection techniques. Voluntary experience in the same role would be considered for this role.
