Chief Financial Officer

An opportunity to join an Australian Group based in Sydney. They are looking for a CFO to be responsible to work with Group MD on initiative to ensure the company is resourced and focussed on exceeing all financial targets and on initiatives that assist the growth of the company.Also to develop systems and work practices aligned to the achievement of relevant business objectives.
Plus: Prepare twelve monthly agendas that cover all issues relevant to directors duties and responsibilities; Assist in facilitating effective board meetings;Financial reports that are accurate and timely. Including other key areas.
