Facilities Manager
A global company in Ipswich is a seeking a graduate or equivalent with experience in an HR environment with facilities management exposure, looking to move more into facilities management and away from HR.
This will suit a graduate or equivalent who wants to pursue a career in property maintenance and move away from HR, you will be possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be required to undertake ad hoc projects regarding the site, previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous or a candidate who has exposure to facilities management and would like to pursue this as a career.
You will need to be able to assist the HR function with general administration duties and this will require regular management reporting including sickness etc.
This role would suit someone who would like to be more hands on and deal with day to day issues arising from a large site including all associated buildings.
