Sales Advisors

•Effectively promote products and achieve targeted sales by creating a positive customer experience and effective handling of third party calls.
•Provide excellent customer service
•Identify and recommend improvements to the sales process and customer experience.
•Record, store and maintain customer information to provide accurate reference documentation.
•Schedule effective call backs where possible by identifying and acting on a customer or third party request.
•Maintain current knowledge of the core products and campaigns that you are calling.
•Provide support to colleagues, customers and the wider business in order to continuously improve operational effectiveness.
•Assist in the identification of personal development needs and potential solutions.
•Comply with the information security policy and procedures.
•Comply with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role.
•Report any information security incident, weakness or malfunction.
