General Manager
Our client, European leader in operational consulting, is a fast growing company serving large multinational Accounts. They are recruiting a General Manager in order to : - Manage the existing business (50 people team) - Develop their business in England
Functions:
- The mission is to develop the turnover and manage the existing team in place.
- The tasks and responsibilities include:
- Marketing: supported by headquarter you supervise the marketing activity within the area (defining and adjusting products portfolio to the british market needs, targeting, marketing support and telemarketing).
- Sales: drives the sales by supervising the sales team and presenting the services to decision makers (Financial Managers, General Manager, R&D Managers).
- Services Delivery: hiring consultants and sharing resources on international level.
- Executing the company strategy to develop the british market through both organic growth and the acquisition of rapidly growing complementary businesses.
- General Management: Finance (in charge of the Profit& Loss of the branch, provides efficient reports to Headquarter); Legal and HR (in charge of hiring, training and develop the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master in Business Administration/Law.
- You speak and write fluently English. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- 10 years in sales in a Business to Business (B2B) environment preferably offering services.
- Experience in people management of sales & experts executives is required.
- A Profit & Loss management experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with operating a subsidiary company.
- Personal skills: entrepreneurial, mature, ambitious.
