Support Manager


Salary: EUR80k - EUR90k

THE JOB

This company is a leading supplier of enterprise solutions to the mobile industry and world wide. We are currently looking for a Support Manager managing a team of Support Engineers responsible for SLA compliance and customer satisfaction across EMEA and APAC.

Key Activities:

• Review of all SLA specific contractual
material to assess budgeting and resource
impact on Support team.
• Definition and implementation of reporting
mechanism for informing customers and the
executive management to an agreed SLA.
• Liaise with maintenance, R&D and testing
functions to ensure software patches
contain expected and relevant bug fixes in
a timely manner to ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor, prioritise and assignment of
issues raised from production and
deployment systems.
• Line management responsibilities for the
Support team
• Communicate with customer and internal
staff regarding their expectations and
resolution of issues.


SKILLS REQUIRED

Minimum 8 years telecoms experience with a track record in product deployment and support management roles

Excellent customer interface experiences to include high level negotiations.

Excellent technical background and skills including Solaris, Linux, Oracle, configuration skills

Excellent knowledge of GPRS, UMTS, CDMA systems
