Digital Director - CK1203

We are looking for a Digital Director to head up a New Media team based within a rapidly growing company in Kent. This person will need to have previous management experience, and will have the ability and the experience of taking a client brief from conception through to finished product in a variety of formats – creative, technical, cross-media and developmental. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic and hungry individual – looking to secure a heavyweight role with a local business.

The ideal Digital Director will need to have at least 5years experience in a marketing agency running a New Media team, and will have experience in business development in order to bring future business into the company as well as service and grow existing accounts. A customer-facing, strong presenter and negotiator, you are excellent at writing proposals, your interpersonal skills are second to none, and you are results-driven, hardworking and willing to roll up your sleeves in order to get the job done.
