Year 6 Teacher

This school are looking for a year 6 Teacher to cover for a Maternity Leave. The scheduled start date is for 28/04/08 and the role may extend into the Christmas term for the successful applicant. The post is that of a class teacher and support in the form of a classroom assistant will be provided for numeracy and literacy. The successful applicant will be responsible for all subjects of the national curriculum and will be required to work with the rest of the year 6 team in respects of planning and preparing pupils for SATS. To that end PPA time in the form of the standard half day will be provided, in order to facilitate successful team plans and co-ordinated strategies. The school provide a warm, encouraging and stimulating environment to pupils with new and cover teachers welcomed and incorporated into the school family.

Must hold Qualified Teacher Status. Role to Start 28/04/08
