Yemen General Manager

Our client is a worldwide company leader in the construction sector, present in more than 70 countries on all continents, and employs some 90,000 people. To sustain its growth in Middle East we are looking for the General Manager for its subsidiary in Yemen.

Functions:
Reporting to the Director of Affiliate Companies the main responsibilities are:
- Technical coordination of the current operation
- Strategic identification of new venture opportunities, possible associations or new investments
- Commercial growth and maintenance of current client base Shipment Coordination
- Management skills Development of local staff
- Implementation of corporate initiatives in Health and Safety, CSR and Quality.

Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or Business Management
- 15 years experience in several management positions, preferably in commercial or business development
- Fluency in Arabic is a must
- Fluency in English
- Strong international profile and pronounced cultural sensitivity
