Receptionist / Office Assistant
Lovely opportunity for a warm and helpful Receptionist / Office Assistant to join this friendly WC1 based firm, working alongside another Receptionist, answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors and helping with admin and filing. Hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Your friendly and welcoming personality and flexible, muck-in nature are the most important criteria for this Receptionist / Office Assistant role and recruiting someone who enjoys being part of close-knit, family oriented team is crucial for this company! Ideally, you’ll have some previous office / reception experience. A typing speed or qualification would be an added bonus!
This full, varied and busy Receptionist / Office Assistant role involves answering all incoming telephone calls; taking messages; meeting and greeting visitors; making refreshments; handling post and faxes; maintaining diaries on Outlook; logging client records; organising the despatch of mailshots; maintaining stationery stocks; handling banking and petty cash cheques; some filing and photocopying; ad hoc admin projects.
